"Staff there are great! The Bilt helmets show poor quality with the rubber gasket on the full faced helmets. Mine came in,(ordered), defective twice and I looked at them in the store after my 2 orders. They all have crooked gaskets, some worse than others. I purchased a better quality helmet for same price plus $99 to add in Bluetooth. You should really look at those helmets. No one wants to past over $200 for a helmet with a crooked rubber gasket that is supposed to keep air and water out!"
